Phillip Flamion

Assistant Chief Phillip Flamion joined TCPD in 2006 and served as a patrol officer. Assistant Chief Flamion served several years as a school resource officer before being promoted to Assistant Chief of Police in 2023. Assistant Chief Flamion is a less lethal tactics instructor for the department and supervises the communications center. Assistant Chief Flamion holds a Criminal Justice Degree from Vincennes University.
