David Biever

Assistant Chief David Biever joined TCPD in 2015 and served as a patrol officer. Assistant Chief Biever served several years as a patrol sergeant  before being promoted to Assistant Chief of Police in 2026. Assistant Chief Flamion is a defensive tactics  instructor for the department and supervises the communications center.
